You can request deletion of your Recapty account and associated data at any time. This page explains how to submit a request and what happens to your data.

How to Request Account Deletion

1. Send an email to hello@recapty.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request"

2. Include the email address associated with your Recapty account

3. We will verify your identity and confirm receipt of your request within 3 business days

4. Your account and data will be deleted within 30 days of verification

Data Retention

Upon receiving a verified deletion request:

Within 30 days: All personal data associated with your account will be permanently deleted from our systems, except where we are legally required to retain certain information (such as transaction records for tax purposes, if applicable).

Anonymized usage data that cannot be linked back to you may be retained for analytics purposes.

If you have an active paid subscription, please cancel it through your device's App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android) settings before requesting account deletion to avoid future charges.
